Is Yasuo still annoying to play against?

I haven't played in months so I wonder if Yasuo is still worth banning. And if you want to comment something like "he was never annoying" you should not lose your time commenting at all.

I never have problems with Yasuo really. Only Problems I get if anyone that is a enemy carry gets fed with a team that has more brains than your own team.
