Control Mage
Hi. I am looking for a champion that is a control mage that is rewarding to learn out of these 4 
(fun does not have to be a factor). If it helps, my favorite mage is AP 
. Other suggestions are welcome!

I think you need to give a better definition of what you mean by "control". CC (Crowd Control) Lockdown? Extreme damage? Zoning and Area Denial? Siege and Poke?
Zyra is pretty much the control Mage.
Out of these 4 only Anivia and Azir really are control mages.
um azir is pretty good, he is fun af to play, has insane damage, scales well for mid,early and late game, and can be a huge factor in a teamfights with his ult. Edit: Despite what people say i dont think azir is that hard, doing the shurima shuffle isnt that mechanically difficult and controlling all of your solders well in teamfights isnt that hard either... I think the hardest thing to do as him is the positioning.
I wouldn't call Cass and Karth 'control mages'.
You forgot 
the Machine Herald. Who is really fun in my opinion.
Well, Karthus is probably one of the best scaling champions in the game, his late game damage is insane and he doesn't even need to be alive to deal damage
Cass is similar and has great sustained damage and objective control, takes a lot of micro but if you can get that down her kiting is amazing
Azir is also pretty good for sustained damage output and can be a pretty good lane bully with his soldiers, takes a lot of skill to get the most out of his kit though, so if you're a mediocre Azir it's not really as worth it to play him
Anivia is more of a CC and nuke mage than the rest, not as much sustained DPS, but she has great wave clear and can do some pretty high damage and keep enemies from getting away pretty well, but she is pretty low mobility.
I would also recommend picking up Viktor, he has great poke and burst at all stages of the game and his W controls space really well.
