Rising MS/Ping

So I decided to play a few games today but before I did that I went into practice tool to test out my ping (internet has been wonky lately)

For the first 7 minutes it was a stable 38 and I was playing fine then suddenly it just started slowly rising like by the 30s I waited to see how high it would go and waited 3 minutes I was over 3k ping and I have never had it this bad before so I did my usual internet tests and and such and everything is fine on my end (for once) wondering if anyone else is having it this bad?
