Everyone has to take one since 99% of people take Thunderlord's. With Precision getting nerfed this patch it hardly seems worth it anymore. It went from 5 + .5 per level to 3 + .3 per level. Before at level 18 you had 14 flat pen from it but now you get 9. That is less then a Serrated Dirk. I know its only 5 less but it hurts your early game so much now. at level 6 you went from 8 down to 4.8

VictoryDance961 votesI actually have Precision in most of my Mastery pages, unless it is a support or mage. Only one page I own has Thunderlords. I still do ok, so I don't really see what the fuss is about.

For all others its Precision
