I feel like whatever penalties LoL uses to punish people for AFK, Toxic Reports etc is not effective because the amount of people going AFK, Trolling, Grieving etc seems to be much higher on LoL than competitor MOBA's.

I also feel like rather than revamping IP and Leveling there should be a revamping of ranking so that to some degree individual scoring in matches plays a role in promoting versus team wins alone. With the volume of toxic players and AFK's it is unfair to leave promotions entirely to game wins and not consider the skill level of individual players.

Go into detail about individual scoring please and how it would work on a team game like league is atm.( not flaming or being an ass im just curious on your ideas so don't take it negative)

I agree. Only very extreme cases are punished, as long as I can see. And that's why the issue is so frequent, of course.
