Drake needs a nerf, but cannon's purpose is just to make it so summoner spells that aren't TP+Flash are actually an option.
You literally could not use other spells before cannon without it basically being trolling.
can we get arurf on howling abyss next time instead? urf is garbage and summoners rift mechanics in season 10 makes it even worse
