Why the fuck does teemo in urf have 5% damage nerf
oracles, pink wards, can't even spam traps endlessly cuz of limits.
Champ fucking sucks balls in the gamemode as it is.

Most likely because DoT is really strong in a mode where healing is reduced.
Teemo can still shit out an ungodly number of traps, even within his limit, making life hell for opponents. Of course he's going to have a damage nerf when people still have to concern themselves with avoiding forests of death shrooms.
