The second dodge is 15 minutes.
Every dodge after the second dodge is 15 minutes.
(In ranked, it's 30 minutes for every dodge after the first. You lose 3 LP the first dodge, and 10 LP for every dodge after that)

What if i dodge, and then play a game, then dodge another?
Dodge timers are increased for subsequent queue dodges within a 16-hour window, so if you dodged one game then played a game, then dodged another it would count as dodge 2.
