The issue that is the Stattik Shiv + Rapidfire Cannon + Warlords Bloodlust Combo
My problem with that build is that it currently provides way too much for what its worth.
:
- Burst damage
- Wave clear
:
- Extra range
- Extra damage on single target
- Energized attacks charge 25% faster
Warlords bloodlust:
- Sustain
- Movespeed
Each one of these is fine to build on their own but when coupled together, especially with 
and an 
, it covers almost all of the weaknesses an ADC should have, but doesn't due to these items. This is partly why I think
is so strong right now because it gives her the most range in the game (except for lv 18 trist), extra waveclear, extra burst and lifesteal with just these items.
It's the same deal with

Now I'm aware that these items brought some underplayed ADC's back to life such as 
and less so, 
to build crit but so did
.
The problem with these items are that they are TOO good.
My solution would be to either: lower the bonus damage on shiv or decrease the attack speed from 35% -> 30%, provide less range on RFC or to reduce some of the movespeed/sustain on warlords.
Keep in mind, I'm all for bot lane diversity but when stuff like this makes it so that there is less and less counterplay to ADCs then that is an issue I certainly have to take up.
