PBE gives no information on balance.

PBE has a very limited pool of players so a lot of stuff goes unnoticed. It's going more for BUGS these days rather than Balance.
That's pretty charitable. She still deserves even further nerfs after this after she received so many simultaneous buffs.

Yeah, she's strong. She needs to get nerfed. Riot was too soft on her because they were worried the Ardent changes would make her worse, but in fact her new passive synergizes crazy well with them.
PBE is full of new runes, Live is still on the old runes. It's going to be common for this to happen until new runes roll to live.
