Why don't they just remove the stealth from rengar's ultimate?

It would make him a lot more balanced and less problematic with his stealth issues. They should have just taken away his stealth and replaced it with the Ult Scraziard had proposed: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=39813745 I love rengar, but I think he'd be better off with stealth. Maybe if they took away his stealth, they could give AS back on Q...

Because with out it his ult is a glorified MasterYi ult except you get slowed.
