Jax doesn't need a nerf

the moment he became a literal tibbers ... diving in with E to stun with a large hitbox and then killing as you just get out of stun .... thats the moment he needed nerfs.... hes not a fighter anymore hes a diving assasin

You know, this only works if you provide your own reasoning and arguments as to why he shouldn't be nerfed. Until you say anything, I'm just going to keep seeing a stat-stick of a champion with a 51+% winrate.

His Q need a cooldown increase. That's my main concern about Jax. He already build cooldown reduction so why his Q need to have such low cooldown. Basically jump on you every 3 second and it's targetted. Increase the cooldown.
