So just now I played a rank game with 2 dc and I literally did /remake like 40 times since the 2 dc was dc for well over 3 minutes and I lost lp bc your system /remake system wouldn't work so I'm wondering if you can look into this immediately and possibly redeem my lost lp bc that defeats the whole purpose of players using it for valid reason's and both payers was dc over a long period of time so It should've gave us the option to remake the game
dim2a1 votesRemake will remake game AT 3 minutes. If there is no dc/afk at the 3 minute mark, the option will not be available.
Just looked at what probably is a game in question (from your match history). Both ashe and shyv seem to have DC'ed a bit into the game, and after getting killed (remake also will not work if someone dies before DCing), so remake wouldn't be applicable. If that is indeed the game you are talking about, the system seems to be working as intended.

Binford1 votesWell that is pretty unfortunate I hope they could make the time cap higher and/or change it to where super early first bloods like that doesn't remove the remake especially if they where having issues like super high ping, dc, etc :\
