Sion should not be able to stack solely tank/magic resist/ armor/ health items and do the amount of damage that he does. He is too safe because of his r, and has no problem farming because of his smash. He needs tuning, and he needs it now.
Like the nerfs he constantly receives? I personally think Veigar is wayy too safe.
The damage he has is generally because of how unrealiable his abilities are compared to other tanks (Maokai, Malphite, Poppy, a lot of tanks have point and click abilities. Sion does not).
Last I checked his Q both A) does reduces damage to minions and B) just got its damage nerfed.
The only thing I can think of with his R being too safe is just the ability to retreat when splitpushing. Anyone with a dash or proper position can get in front of Sion as he ults to stop him.
