Given all the hype for Rengar lately, please don't forget about Kindred.

Kindred's winrate has dropped by nearly 5% since their rework was released in Patch 7.11, currently making them the champion with the highest % change in winrate; the next champ being 
who has seen a 4.3% increase in winrate.
The problem with Kindred's rework is that it did little to nothing to address their core issues:

Their early game is bad. Because of Kindred's reliance on acquiring marks in order to scale and have power in the mid to late game, the enemy jungler can easily deny marks and 1v1 Kindred in the earlygame, because:

Kindred's base stats are bad. For a jungler, Kindred has the lowest base Armor and Movement Speed, coming in at 20 and 325 respectively. Having low base stats silently encourages the enemy jungler to invade at early levels, where there's nothing Kindred can do to contest marks due to being slower, squishier, and weaker, because:

In the words of IWillDominate: "Low base stats makes her useless as fuck in the early game...she is only strong if she gets marks; how do you contest marks when you can't do shit?"
To any Rengar main reading this, I wholly understand that you want him to be better, in the same way I and other Kindred players want them to be better. However, it's important to remember that there are other junglers that need changes as well.
