Riot can you not half ass singeds rework/weird buff and make his base model smoke also purple?

because i was playing against him in game and i knew riot rework him a little so when he used his Q even tho the base model smoke was green his Q was purple and it made me really confused as to whether he was using his Q or some whole new ability riot gave him. common now dont be lazy riot fix that please for clarity. also i was playing against him and his ground goo kept me from using any mobility spells so i couldnt Q or E or flash away thx rito. thats what i needed, more cancer.
