With every ADC becomes gods among men with the new items can we make armor mean something again. I know LW is only going to go through bonus armor so champs with high base armor will be fine. I feel like tanks are going to be popular again so there is someone to take all the damage from the new ADCs or they are going to be pointless and just pick champs to do more damage or buff up the ADC more in the top and jungle role.

Giant Slayer gives ADCs 15% more damage against tanks
And Giant Slayer comes with Last Whisper so I'm crying here because tanks just got dunked with one item when they built 6 to counter the ADC

Therefore always relied on stacking bonus armor. But new season bonus armor is shite.
also has low base health, add in low base armor, and youre a shitty tank. However can farm bonus hp to stay on par with other tanks. But Dominik's regards shits on bonus health.

Also it being preseason some kinks will be worked out. If and/or when assassins are running around destroying tanks then something should be done.
Crett1 votesI've played PBE, and can confirm tanks are getting assassinated. A Talon rocking Giant Slayer killed a 4K HP Mundo in like three seconds
But that's happened since season 5. Just worse now. Giant Slayer is just a 15% increase, but... I dunno

How can a game be balanced when they are fine with changing last whisper from total armor pen to bonus armor pen? Some tanks like garen have 70 base armor cause of their w. Thresh has 16 base armor.

ltmetal1 votesGenerally speaking, ADCs beat tanks, tanks beat assassins, and assassins beat ADCs. When ADCs are prominent in the meta, tanks disappear and assassins come in.

so tank items are "cheaper" in this new context
