Can we do something about Lucian?

Like, even if you give him compensation buffs somewhere else, I'm so tired of this champion in every game, he's been strong for a while now and I didn't see him even being considered in the 8.24 tweet from Riot.

I don't think he'd really need any compensation buffs, just straight nerfs. He's so far ahead of other adcs currently, it's silly.

He's not OP. He's very very strong early game, but also weaker than other ADCs in late game. Maybe he does need a nerf, but he isn't a HUGE problem in teamfights from my experience.

he dosent need buff. he is good adc. he is just not as good late game. he kinda falls off late game (compared to kogma jinx and more.)

Shouldnt adc's maybe be buffed up to lucian/ezreals level?

Fix this ridiculous snowball meta and Lucian will be put in his place automatically.

its not that lucian is good its that every other adc is pretty much worthless if you cant win lane its not worth picking anymore

Lucian needs hard nerfs, not power shifts.

I agree his E cooldown shouldn't be lowered via his passive. But it'd be nice to rebuff some length off his Q and lower the mana cost + a bit of damage so he can still make meaningful decisions between positioning to poke or cs and dedicating his mana for all-ins and heavy trades.

After Lucian nerfs boards come back a bit later and ask for him to be buffed. It happens every time. They say "buff lucian he has a low win rate!" And then he comes back and stomps out botlane competition because they never actually change his underlying problems.
