I think the reworked Leblanc would have been great right now.

Now that adcs cant really burst assassins back I think the reworked leblanc would have been fine. Delayed burst was only an issue when adcs could auto attack and burst the assassin back before the assassin could do meaningful damage. This "reverted" Leblanc sucks ass to play against. She just goes in, does damage to you by throwing herself at you and ports back to safety right away. Even if she goes in and misses chain she will just go back to her w and try again when it's off cooldown.

I really enjoyed the reworked Leblanc, playing as her and against her. Her w having a bit of a delay before she port back, and I preferred her new ult MUCH more than the reverted one.
