Tryndamere Buff/Nerf Suggestion

In my opinion I think Tryndamere should be changed from a durable fighter to a high dps assassin via his skill set. This would be done by allowing his e , (Spinning Slash) , to reset on kills or assists like khazix or tristana but in return lower his ult duration from 5 to 3 seconds. This way he could still execute carries but have a way out.
