Riot can you stop your s***

I KNOW FOR A FACT you fuck with MMR for no reason. I have been paired with people constantly and been going toe to toe with people who I honestly feel are just winning cus they did better not cus my team does stupid shit but because they were more often then us where they needed to be when they needed to be there and they won or lost if we did it. However yesterday I played with someone who doesn't play much. as such her MMR is very low seeing as she has played for two years but its like 3 or 4 hours a WEEK at the very most sometimes not for months. the moment we got in that game i saw the change i fought a ryze mid as kha'zix and escaped from and won fights i never would have at my mmr. however NOW im not playing with her but im still getting put with those same kind of people. i had not one but 3 people who would chase someone who was low while getting punched in the face by the enemy miss fortune. I know you dropped my MMR and that needs to fucking change thats why no new players are coming in because if they go against someone playing with their level 30 friend they will get crushed because it goes to the lowest MMR not the Highest i have played with a low level friend before and it puts you with low level people which i think everyone is aware by now they are at a disadvantage due to runes and not enough mastery points.

TL;DR stop lowering my MMR just because i play with a friend with low MMR Its not fair to me and its even less fair to the people below level 30.

P.S. if you read the entire thing im not saying im being paired with low levels its not only because im being paired with them its not fair for anyone below level 30 to get paired with someone above 30.
