Is matchmaking working correctly?

In my last game I was supporting a Sivir who would only farm with her abilities and went back to fountain every minute. By the time they took our tower I had more cs than she did as a Janna. I know I'm only silver 3, but I'd be surprised if she is as well.

No, it’s not working correctly. It’s nothing new. It’s been complained for months now.

Decent human beings quit League. Only trolls remain. So the matchmaking works... For them.
