But if Riot thinks people are so suggestible they should put in an instant find and replace function into the chat so "KYS" is translated to "buy some skins."
That way, no one kills themselves, Riot sells a lot more skins, and no one has to get banned.

Brilliant! I mean, skins mean skills. Therefore buying skins means getting skills with a champ downloaded in your brain and people with skills are less likely to be targeted by kys!
Or we could just stop placating the pussies that play and ruin the game. I would rather be told to KYS 9 times a game than deal with one more fucking feeder to troll.

It's a bit bizarre.
Or add it to the censored chat. What you propose involves advertising in-game, and apart from seeing others' skins and icons, that doesn't happen.
I'd also say that is a potential conflict of interest: is it better for the community vs more profitable for the company.
People also have the freedom to say what they will in a game, and this also takes away from that. If they can't be toxic by using "KYS" then they'll likely just find a different way.
I actually like this idea, would be quite entertaining.
