Just had a troll in ranked; therefore, Riot's entire player conduct system is nonfunctional

Just had a Nasus in my game who declared pregame that he was going to cs, and then when the game started he came top lane instead of bot and was taking my creeps. Is this the standard of conduct considered acceptable in our little game now? And what remedy can I expect?

I hope you realize how silly that sounds. It would be like saying;

"I saw a speeder on the highway today, therefore, the entire law enforcement network is nonfunctional".

It's called over-generalization -- it's a fallacy.

Just one? And you're complaining?

in my ranked games, I have multiple trolls on both teams working in tandem over discord.

I would thank my lucky stars for just one troll in a ranked game.

"a good stern looking at"

apparently you dont report people often because i have gotten multiple notifications after i reported someone. All of which i wrote down the summoner name and go back and look and their last day playing league was when i reported them 6 months ago

Did you report the player after the game? If not, then I wouldn't expect anything to come of it. If you did, and their behavior continues, they'll be picked up by the system and be punished appropriately.

As long as he wasn't "mean" in chat, he is in the clear.

Taking creeps isn't against the rules, not even for supports.

Assuming he was supposed to support and was actively avoiding his role, you can report him. I'm not sure what you're expecting in terms of remedy, but you can return to the Rift with the comforting knowledge that so long as you never troll, the enemy team is statistically more likely to have a troll than your team.

You should've dodged, least you can do now is report them. If they get enough reports, they'll be looked at.

P.S. I checked my Nasus' profile again and he's been going Anivia support with teleport and often no support income item. Not having played in a game with him I don't know if he's trolling or just off-meta. So, does anyone have a guess on what percentage of games you can troll up before someone at Riot notices?

Ah, the slim possibility of a good stern looking at. That's what assistance Riot can provide me.

And I don't dodge. It's against the rules, you know.
