thresh top pretty fun

He can be pretty annoying for most melee tops, since he can poke them and disengage really well.

Not really sure what you would do for damage though. Would you just get a Blade of the Ruined King and then build pure tank?

Though, I think the biggest issue with Thresh top lane is that other champions scale with the farm better. Thresh doesn't really need CS or levels to be useful because of all his utility, so a lot of people would prefer a champion who scales well with gold and levels (Mundo, Jax, Nasus, Irelia, Riven, etc.) in that lane instead.

Flay's on-hit damage scales with attack damage and souls collected so building either damage, attack speed, or both could be effective. i know is an annoying item and is an extremely annoying combo
