Fervor vs Bloodlust after 7.21 ardent nerf?

Serious question (feel free to debate about the topic) is fervor going to be the go to now to deal with tanks and pump out dps with the ardent nerfs? Or are people going to keep taking the extra safe lane phase with bloodlust? I am asking because I haven't seen bloodlust on any enemy adc today. I personally think we will probably shift back to fervor and start seeing more rotations from supports. I just always like to hear others perspectives.
