For what it's worth

Blaming people for your own individual failures is like not studying for a test and then not getting a good grade in it. You need to be willing to understand the material (game scenarios) by practice/study and the mistakes will happen less and your results will become better over time. If you jump in a game with a mindless or bitter mind then you should expect a mindless play style and mistakes happening from poor prep, care, judgement or mindset. So stay positive, don't blame others and learn from your individual and even at time team mistakes. Good luck on the rift and bring me some positive vibes later if I run into you so we can bounce that good energy back and forth to make the game less tense mentally. =P Almost 420 so I need my break time [galio-happy]
