ARAM Players speak up about this bilgecrapper update

So RIOT gives us a reskin of Howling Abyss. clap clap clap To go along with this sheer act of generosity they even gave us some summoner icons that we could get. This doesn't support the format though, as a "serious" ARAM player with 500+ wins I have noticed this event has just ruined the ARAM player base, you now have players just jumping in to ARAM and just trolling or building the dumbest items possible. If you tell these players anything though you are immediately "Muted/Reported/Harassed/ect" Thanks for ruining another map due to a stupid event. How about some CHAMPION MASTERY POINTS on Howling Abyss? Naw probably not such a good idea seeing as how they aren't playing the champion? Oh wait they are. Let me know if this annoys you guys too also you nerds that are going to dislike this just because I am not praising RIOT do your thing. Thanks for your time.

I never really thought of ARAM as a "this is what some people play" map. It's too random... like literally sometimes you just lose.

I wish they would change the actual map and not just re skin it. Seems like a wasted effort to just introduce the same product.

The event will pass, people will go back to their normal queues, you'll get your favored gamemode back. Calm down.

As for champion mastery, well yes you are playing that champ, but ARAM is hardly a good judge of your mechanics with said champ, it's a free for all deathmatch where you don't get to pick a champion, hence you're not really working towards mastery of specific champs but just whatever you get. Dunno, I'm not a "serious" ARAM player, but I do play a game every day or two.
