Runes.
If we aren't going to make runes free, (even though there is no reason not to), Can there be an option to unlock all runes with RP?

The problem I would see with this is when they remove or change the stats on the runes. People will demand refunds or some form of compensation because they'd say, "this isn't what I paid for." I don't Riot would want to deal with that.
You don't play for the splash art. The splash art is free. And when Riot has changed the skins, they usually do offer refunds.
