I made a new account to practice my jungle on since i mainly play support. Overall i have met a lot of nice people but Almost every game i have ran into someone i had to report. I'm not even to level 30 yet (about lvl 25) and i have seen the message saying that the person i reported had been punished at least 15 times now. If you got banned on your main because you were toxic and you didn't learn from it or think it was your fault. Don't bother making a new account. All you are going to do is get banned once again and waste others times. If you cant be a positive member of the community just please go back to talking about peoples moms on CoD. A lot of us would like league to go back to when you could have a fun game, win or lose, and meet new friends and have a joyful experience.

League has always had toxicity, but smurf elo and the new player experience are where it's most concentrated. Not because of the punishment, just that's where the people with the attitude that they deserve more than you wind up. Smurfs often make new accounts because they believe their original account got screwed over by bad players, rather than themselves. New players just don't know any better.

Butt-Hurt much? I have a smurf account, and I main twitch on it. Twitchipoo has such high troll potential and lethality early on...even with out runes and a good mastery setup that it's unreal! Got a high ELO (Plat) that raged at me because I stomped his ass in a standard PVP match, claimed I was cheating...using "farsight scripts" {what the hell is a farsight script anyway?} and anything else you can think of.

Most of you ELO's and other elitist's lose your cool because you're soo used to going up against the same champs every...single...day! But when you step outta your comfort zone and think your gonna "pro" it up in standard PVP, only to get your ass kicked, then bark and whine about people hacking or being toxic, etc etc etc etc etc etc....

#TL;DR

Don't like the toxicity, then use the Mute buttom... Pings Only can get annoying...but you can turn your sound off... Co-Op with whom your in lane with...and if you're going to be the JG, then keep in mind you will be aiding Bot and ganking mid often. If they get pissed off at you for this, then they clearly do NOT know how to be a team player.
