You people got all upset last season when riot was confining champs to one role. Now you people are mad when champs get reworked and are opened up to roles they previously couldn't do well. If we all stopped complaining just to complain this game could progress so much faster into something wonderful.
I think it's more that when they changed the champ it made them good at another role completely. I only played one game but I heard Malzahar is a jungler now?
It sounds like your post is basically talking about Malz if it isn't please disregard the next part. Malz didn't get opened up to more positions he's now just relegated to jungling as all his skills are too weak for the mid lane since so much power is in the voidlings. On the other hand, his power as the best objective clearing jungler is way too great with how powerful those objective buffs actually are.
