What if Fiora's Q cooldown completely reset whenever she hits a weak spot? I think that this would also, perhaps more importantly than just buffing her power, make her ultimate feel much better to use, since it would allow her to chain Q's to dash around the opponent.

I think the CD reduction riot has in mind, is a step in the right direction. I seem to have bad luck when playing fiora I always get the vital indicator pointing on the opposite side i am on, and hydra doesnt proc the passive. Perhaps they could increase the hit box a bit on the passive so glancing blows will proc more, and make it so i dont have to hit my opponent in the rear every other time the passive comes up.....
