An idea how to balance Riven.
I recently had an idea how to fix Riven's completly brokenness: It reduces her power, as well making her more interesting to play, making her skillcap a bit higher and makes the spell name more logic.
Why not make her E (Her most broken abitlity) only give the shield if she dashes toward a nearby enemy champion ?
First, because an ability called "Valor" giving a shield when you cowardly flee isn't very logic. With this, the AD scaling even makes sence, because the shield would be like her force of her will, her braveness etc., so no magic shield like the other champs have, so no AP scaling on her shield would be logic. The current shield looks completly random, with an AD scaling for no reason, that change would fix that too, keeping the AD scaling.
Second, it reduces her power, she really needs that, I don't think I'll have to say much about it.
Thrid, it splits good Rivens from the bad Rivens, it encourages to take more risk and come back to the fight. Now, you prefer to flee thanks to that immense shield coupled with a shield.
What do yo think ? Would be that nerf to high ? Or we need to nerf something else ?
