I saw someone's match history of just Blitzcrank and Ezreal on ARAM only.

Gear Kitty1 votesKeep a small champ pool, trade for those two if they're on the team, leave the lobby if they don't get Blitz/Ez. It's (hopefully) most likely what they're doing.
There have been rumors of ARAM hacking in the past, but the nature of the queue itself would make it hard for the playerbase to tell if someone actually is doing so or not.
