@RIOT Is It Intended For Ezreal's Q Not To Stack Guinsoo?
It counts as a basic attack and a spell for
and counts as 2 stacks for Q. So shouldn't it theory count as a basic attack for
too.

False.
Tear stacks "on cast", rageblade stacks "on hit"
Ezreal Q is an empowered AA, so counts as "1 hit"
Rage Blade never stacks with his Q regardless of whether it lands or not
Nope, Rageblade stacks on basic attacks.
Ezreal's Q is not a basic attack (proof - it cannot crit). It is a spell that applies on-hit effects (so will apply the on-hit of Rageblade once it is stacked).
It's not a spell it's an ability thus why it procs spell blade and not
. Also it is a basic attack since it can be blocked by dodge and blind.

When I get home I will go more in-depth but for now just know that his Q is a basic attack and not a spell, ability, or empowered auto-attack.
So much misinformation. . . Ez's Q is indeed a basic attack. It is not an empowered auto-attack. It is not an ability or spell.
Ez's Q doesn't stack Guinsoo's, because it is an on-attack effect rather than an on-hit effect. It is likely intentional.
Ez's Q is an ability thus why it procs spell blade.
Well, I spend the previous 45 minutes typing up an extremely comprehensive "guide", only to hit tab and then backspace. So, I'm going to just list the different things and what they mean. There are a few exceptions, but they're pretty rare. If you have a question about a specific ability or interaction, let me know.
Empowered Auto-attack: An enhancement to an auto-attack itself. They apply on-hit effects. Basic Attack: An attack that isn't an auto-attack that applies on-hit effects. Ability: A passive or QWER that does not apply on-hit effects and is itself not an on-hit effect. They apply spell effects. Spell: The same thing as an ability, except, in the case of Spell Vamp, includes Ignite, Smite, and item actives. On-attack Effect: This is a subset of ability. They happen as an auto-attack happens (rather than as an auto-attack hits). On-attack effects cannot miss or be blocked or dodged. They apply spell effects. Basically, these are just on-hit effects that apply spell effects.
To address Spellblade: The tooltip is misleading (actually it's plain wrong). It should say "After casting, your next".
