So I've noticed a worrying trend, and I'm not actually sure if this is just because I'm primarily queuing solo in Flex pick or what, but my main champion, whom I have a 65% win rate on, can not get wins at all in Flex queue. I was wondering if any of the devs could maybe look into whether this is common throughout solo queue players in Flex or if it is just me. Any details from devs would be appreciated.

Sounds like a personal problem.
Matchmaking is already done by the time you pick your champion, so the level of the competition is already determined before you pick your champion, and so if your champion is influencing the outcome, it's got to do with how you're playing it, and not something within riots control.
I main janna and have proceeded to go on a rather silly winstreak (currently 8 in a row) in flex queue, so there's not some conspiracy rigging games against people playing their mains.
