Hey, I've been away from league for about a month and I was wondering if you guys could put me up to date on the meta? Like what items, champs, class, and play styles ETC. are the most successful atm? thanks.

Right now its rock paper scissors.

Tanks, Assassins, Sustained damage. Uninteresting meta. Tanks are op af rn.

Caitlyn gutted.

Top tier ADCS: MF, Jhin, Draven, Twitch

Top: Riven, Tanks

Jg: Tanks, AD assassins

Mid: Ori, Syndra, same old same old and AD assassins

Supp: Janna, Soraka, Tanks

I enjoy these metas, front line, back line metas. Also I'd say the old meta ads are still meta because of the back n front line meta, the ads you mentioned beside twitch will fall off n stRuggles to kill the front line while the as energizer ads can still cut through them with time. The 3 you said are strong with leth but it doesn't do much with tanks standing in front of the targets you'd be trying to burst down.

You can look at any tier list, those are the ADCs that are op rn. Also, Its just an unfun meta for me as an adc main. They either have so many tanks the game is completely decided by me or they have so many assassins im useless.

Tier lists are interesting in that they don't yell 100% of the story. This is a team game and tank metas generally promote team work through team fights. Leth Ads n Draven don't fair well when teams play well together. They can't regularly chew threw big tank dudes as fast as Trist, Jinx, Kog, Twitch, and even still Cait. So if the two sets of 5 membered teams gel well and go at it in a teamfight, outside of a near perfect timed mf ult, she will do considerable less damage then say Trist who is another strong Ad currently.

For solo q? Ya they're strong, but in organized team play (even 2 5mans in norms) their not quit as stromg.

Blade of ruined king on adcs is pretty nice right now. all supports take redemption pretty much. top aint much changed but the characters black cleaver spirit visage depending who you are. mid has gotten funky, its mostly about having the ability to farm and your mobility when jungler comes
