I miss the days when 3 and 7 made you silver, after playing so well in some of my games, dealing with trolls and 30 min queues I was rewarded with a reserved spot in ELO hell. If anyone else who got this want to do some ranked climbing I'm up for it.

lilpokfluf1 votesLast season you give yourself a starting position, your first game will match you up with players higher ranked than you were before but only slightly. Win that game and you set youself up for success. Lose that game and your opponents get weaker and weaker until you win. These games affect your mmr substantionaly and losing the first 3 games basically means no matter how well you do after that you won't be higher than you were before.
If you go WWWLLLLLLL you won't drop much.
If you go LLLLWWWWW you'll be lower than the first scenario
