Who is working on Quinn?

I was just wondering which riot member was working on Quinn, and I've looked at some of the notes of her changes, seems pretty interesting and the ult sounds like a new kind of fun. Hope you do a great job in making her, and i really hope she keeps some of her ability to duel ADCs or fighters well. i always found her in my opinion to be the best 1v1 ADC but now that she has no blind, i wonder how she will fare in the new season.

Also will there be even more changes being made besides what is already posted?

Maybe a texture update for older ADCs? (I assume I'm using the right board?)
