Allow 
to throw his W without having to stop from running (kinda like Syndra casts spells without having to stop). Nobody really plays him much, since there are many (better) alternatives atm, and the combo with W + E (Fling) is nearly impossible to land unless there's a skirmish with multiple players involved.

Fegone1 votesOh pls, if **THAT **would be the one thing that would push him over the edge of being completely broken, that would mean he is already op and everyone would be playing him. Is that the case? No. Are people playing him as much as other champs? Oh god no. Give him some love, make him viable. How many champions have either skillshot stuns or point and click stuns.. He has a 2 ability combo that he needs to land for a stun to really take effect, and then it won't even last that long.
If you think that would make him completely broken, you , Sir, have no idea what broken really means.
Slamurai Jack1 votesSinged already has a 56% win rate among mains, which is higher than the vast majority of champions. And you want to buff him. He's fine. Giving him reliable hard CC would make him completely broken.
