Still waiting on a Rioter to answer this one

So Riot, why do I (A level 24) end up getting paired with/against people who are level 30? Many of which have borders for gold/plat? I'm not doing super good in my games, so why is this happening? I think it's a little unfair and honestly turns me away from this game after I come back from a break.

Someone on your team can be queue'd with a level 30. Same can happen with other team.

I checked after the game, nobody on my team was 30...

They could have had a single lowlevel player on their team and you could have ended up with a group of mid 20 players and ended up their 5th. That might have made you get paired against them...

because somebody on your team who is at your level is inviting a gold/plat into their group and you end up getting matched with them by chance.

Don't worry, you're not special*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*

You do know there's an enemy team, right? and you just implied SOMEONE on my team brought a level 30, yet there was none. It was only the other team. In a simpler term that hopefully you can understand, imagine a 1v1 between a level 5 and a level 20 in a different game.

I can confirm this one; I've been on the opposite side multiple times and it's frustrating. Maybe if the game wasn't changed into a curbstomp, it's just not enjoyable to be clearly outmatching opponents. I'm both curious and bored with the state of matchmaking being left unanswered.
