Fiora playable?

Hi,

After some reflexion about Fiora, I think she's finlly not that bad that people think. I hesitate to buy her can you enlight me on this champion and is she viable?

I played Fiora in Gold a lot but dropped her when I hit Plat.

She was really strong, but there is no point is learning her after the recent nerfs. She is excellent against tanky opponents with CC. She can out-sustain their low damage output while dealing decent true damage. The issue with Fiora is that she struggles against shields, regeneration, slows, and ranged attacks. Every OP top laner currently has one or a combination of these traits.

After the nerfs to her passive, E, and to titanic hydra, she can no longer get good damage while being relatively tanky. A lot of the champions whom she used to counter such as Darius , Olaf , and Yasuo now actually counter her due to her insufficient damage output.

If you want a reliable top laner with good damage, I recommend Gangplank .
