Why isn't Kayn 6300 IP yet??
Hi, I've been waiting since the release for Kayn. But apparently even 1 week afer the release, he's still 7800IP. Someone can explain plz????

I think it's 3 weeks.
It's not exactly a week since release yet. As he was released a bit later on (in the same day) after the patch came through.
