Nothing. He is "balanced" at the moment.

The same thing people want from every champion.

For him to get cleaved in 2 with a gentle tap when you're fighting against him, to be a dedicated helper incapable of landing killing blows when he's on your team, and to win a 1v5 when you play as him, allowing you to carry the game by yourself.

So, a buffnerfrework, obviously.

Riot mentioned reworking him to be less binary, but they never said anything again afterwards.
