@Riot @Meddler Please look at Lux

Lux is not in the best spot ATM. Her mana costs are too high and not to mention her cool downs on her abilities (Except Ult). Recently Ziggs got a mana buff on the cost of his Q. I understand that it is much easier to land a Lux E than a Ziggs Q but the mana cost is ridiculous. Ziggs and Vel'koz's max rank poke ability have less or the same mana cost as rank 1 Lux E. Xerath who has mana costs similar to Lux has a mana restore passive which helps him a lot (Please don't say Lux has more poke than all these, because yes while it may be easier to land they can throw it 2-3 times before her E comes back up.)

I understand that Lux has 1 shot potential from far away range and it's not healthy. But Nidalee can do 70% of the targets health with one Q. Xerath and Vel'Koz can burst from far away aswell. Not to mention she has the worst base stats out of all these long range mages, why does Xerath not pay for his range in base stats like Lux? Yes she does have a shield but most of the time you're OOM to cast and it and it has a channel time.

Her ult is easy to dodge now with every champion having a leap or high move speed, not to mention the big line that you get for 0.5 seconds telling you to run away.

Please look at her make her less clunky autos and animations maybe, mana cost restore on passive on a 20 second cooldown scaling into late game, less mana cost on her E or make her Q a bit higher if that's too strong. Just give her a bit of love before she becomes forgotten by everyone.
