Silver players have no clue what lane management is/lane control/wards/how to trade properly/learn to get objectives/how to prioritize leads/don't know how to not die 16 times in 20 minutes/etc. It doesn't matter how fucking fed I am, because my Syndra mid lane has died to Zed 7 fucking times in before the 13 minute mark, and my bot lane is just feeding their ass off, so even if I do help my team, they're too far behind before I can do anything and I just get one shot every time. Yeah, fucking awesome man.

It's no different in platinum. I think the best thing to do is duo bot lane if you want to win.

Of course they have no clue, that is why it's silver and not challenger. Can't really expect miracles every time.
