Hey guys, looking at the new rageblade I can't seem to think of what it's good for or with. Can I get some help with this? I really have no idea, in my mind it seems to be a lot worse than it was before but I could be completely wrong and I just wanna know.

On a champ like 
it's absolutely monstrous. Her Auto attacks hit at least twice, and can hit up to 3 times, each carrying her on hit damage. In a realistic build, the old Ginsoo's only boosted her about 63 damage per hit before considering other items on hit bonuses. The New Ginsoo's adds up to 243 per attack damage, if Kayle is attacking a group, and the primary target is near a secondary target, they splash over and she hits 3 times per auto. Some of the fastest deaths in the game, and there's nothing you can do because of her Ult.
I did find that on ashe guinsoo's rageblade was goood ^_^
