Zeke Herald idea

in another post i made a few ideas of what could be done to item 3050 since its an iteam that isnt really touched

my idea was to make it build out of Targon's Braceitem 3097 + Kindlegemitem 3067 and be like this:

+380 Health +15% Cooldown Reduction +50% Base Health Regen Passive UNIQUE - SPOILS OF WAR: Melee auto attacks execute minions below 400 (+100% AD) health. Killing a minion by any means heals yourself and the nearest allied champion for 50 (+1% of your maximum health) health and grants them gold equal to the kill. These effects require a nearby allied champion and consume a charge. Recharges every 30 seconds for a maximum of 4 charges.

Active UNIQUE: You expel a charge sending out a pulse healing nearby ally's for 60 (+8 per lvl) +0.8% of your maximum health and for the next 4 seconds grant 8 (+1 per level) bonus magic damage to their basic attacks (max charges 2) also goes on cooldown for 10 seconds before you can use another charge. kills and assists reduce the cooldown of a charge by 5 seconds. (60 second cooldown)

this is just my thought on how it could be changed.

I think Zeke is an under rated support item. I don't build it much in this tank meta but, if I have 3 AD champions I always build it. Such as Riven/Fiora top and Yi jungle/Xin ect.

Kindlegem (850) + Chain Vest (750) + Negatron Cloak (850) + 500g = Zeke's Herald (2950g) +45 Armor +45 MR +250 HP +20% CDR UNIQUE Passive - Stark's Fervor: Dealing Damage to a Neutral or Enemy Unit marks them with Stark's Fervor for 3 Seconds. Allies who damage a Unit marked with Stark's Fervor are healed for 10% of any Physical Damage that they deal and 20% of any Magic Damage that they deal.

.8% is really teeny tiny. If I somehow get 7000 HP as Sion or something, the scaling would add 56 bonus healing. That ain't NOTHIN late game. I guess it'd be 196 with the base heal included, which is ok. OOH I have a broken idea, add the % health scaling to the magic damage too
