[Champion Concept] Fredric, Freljord's Frost Skater

he is a high mobility assassin that excels at keeping up and moving around your enemy.

Edit: mixed up the name of some ability's so its fixed now

Role: Jungler, Mid Range: Melee Primary: Assassin Secondary: Mage personality: Loyalty to his queen (Lissandra), big ego.

Abilitys

Note:

  • he uses his legs when basic attacking
  • if you don't understand the ratios 0.1 = 10%

Passive - Ice Cold Wonderland: The map starts to snow and River becomes Iced Ground also patches of Iced Ground spawn across the map.

When Fredric goes over Iced Grounds he starts to skate building up 10/15/20/25% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds and falls off over 2 seconds when leaving the zone.

Q: Arctic Twist - Active: he spins his leg around himself once dealing 40/60/80/100/120(0.6AD)(0.4AP) magic damage and slows all targets hit by 20% for 1.5 second. Activating True Frozen Grace within 1.5 seconds of activation will reset the cooldown of Arctic Twist.

Activating while on Iced Ground will make him spin 3 times around himself dealing 30/50/70/90/110(0.3AD)(0.2AP) magic damage.

No Cost Radius: 350 Cooldown: 8 seconds at all levels

W: Frozen Touch - Passive: dealing damage with spells and basic attacks creates 400/450/500/550/600 units of Iced Ground under enemy champions that lasts for 8 seconds.

No Cost No Cooldown

E: True Frozen Grace - Active: Fredric hops a short distance forward. Landing on Iced Ground grants him 20/25/30/35/40% increased movement speed for 1 second and removing all slows.

Hoping over or on top of an enemy while on Iced Ground marks them for 1 second and casting Arctic Twist while stun them for 1.5 seconds.

No Cost Range: 350 Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5

R: Frost Bit / Frigid Blizzard - Passive: Fredric deals 2/2.5/3% of his ability power on his basic attacks and doubles to slowed or stunned targets.

Active: Fredric creates Frigid Blizzard around himself that acts like Iced Ground for 10 seconds that doubles his movement speed bonus, reduces True Frozen Grace by 2 seconds, and Arctic Twist deals 3/4/5%(0.02AD)(0.01AP) of the targets maximum health as true damage.

No Cost Radius: 800 Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds

I think it's rather neat how his abilities don't really do any outright damage, but instead focus more on mobility and increased damage to his basic attacks. Seems like a very fast, dive-in, basic for the kill, dive-out type of champion. Definitely wouldn't mind having him on the Fields of War (and definitely wouldn't mind trying him out!) Good concept!

Clarify this ability, please. It says "Spin around himself" AND "Slows the TARGET". Also, the 3 spins, does that do 110 damage EACH spin? Other than that, fun looking champion. Tons of movement. By abilities, he doesn't seem mechanically difficult, but getting into the correct position and effective use of your stun will be interesting though. Autoing to apply the W, following up with a Q for big damage, jump on them with your E to mark, and then spinning again for the stun and more damage. Most would more than likely find some way to mess up this combo. Rating: 8.5/10 Would be higher, except for the clarification of the Q. Overall good champion. +1

I like it! I do however think that turning the entire river into his killing ground kind of seems unfair. maybe you want to go the way of Skarner's rocks.

I think this is a great concept. Would definitely try him out, his passive seems a bit much though, maybe just having the patches spawn randomly across the map would be better.

Mainly interested in another champ that alters the map (like Skarner )
