Yes Evelynn can snowball in the early game shes a bloody roaming invisible assassin You've effectively Removed her from the game, I'm a 1.7mil mastery eve do you have any idea how frustrating it is to have your Champion nerfed to the ground because players like to feel Safe when Alone ? 90% of the time even when I'm 20 kills up at 25 minutes I can't solo kill shit if its not the ADC, or a non mobile squishy midlaner I'm legit better off playing JG

before you rush your Lich bane (get both). You'll kill a LOT faster than builds designed around just lich bane.
